Plus side - one pro-gunner leaves, another moves up. Even looking at the Dem majority, I take some solace that not all are far left. The 'filibuster-proof' Senate won't be on some issues even if the las ttwo races get stolen and bought out, as Begich flat-out said he's a moderate and will keep Alaska's interests in the forefront. And an A rating from the NRA based on his responses, which I don't doubt in the least.
Hope floats, but so do turds. Time will tell.
