It has always puzzled me because it would seem 'counter-intuitive', but I have always shot better with handguns, Then comes rifles, and then shotguns. Not that I can't shoot shotguns well, just better with other firearms.
Oh well...just me I suppose.

I shot my revolvers way better than my pistols. It's a comfort thing for me. As far as rifle and shotgun, rifle I'm deadly and shotgun ??? lets just say it( should) be easier to hit something with shot - right ???

You'd think so.
I just blame the gun.
Then my son shows me that it ain't the gun. I have a hard time when someone else throws them (with one of those plastic hand thrower type) and heck, he can throw them for himself and hit them.

First time I took my two sons dove hunting,12 years ago. I told them not to get upset if they don't hit anything. They both got doves their first three shots. And said to me "I thought you said they'd be hard to hit" !  ???

They still out shot me every dove season ;D

Well crap! I can shoot in real life.. but that damned gun is too slow and I can't aim it right.

Glad I wasn't shooting for my supper. LOL I'd be one hungry woman ..

Skeets are too tough to eat anyway, unless you slow cook 'em.  ;D
