Link is disabled on purpose here, but it goes to NRAnews.org . Problem is, NRAnews.org doesn't exist, it's NRAnews.com as far as I know.

If you're concerned about phishing, call the NRA and verify validity of the survey.

It was mostly rifle and shotgun related and asked about number of and brands owned, how often you shoot for hunting and fun, and ammunition expenses. Seemed legit to me. If it were a phoney for anti 2A use, I would think they would ask about handguns and probably "assault" rifles in particular.
