Step one to form the USSA - United Socialist States of America...with Canada and Mexico thrown in for good measure (IE., North American Union)

Did this guy use the NRA commercials about disarming the United Kingdom and Australia for the details in writing this bill?

Heller left the door wide open for licesning, registration, and reasonable restrictions. Now we hash out the devilish details.

A safety test, license, and registration fee for the RKBA could be looked at like voter ID, literacy tests and poll taxes are for voting; time will tell?

God, I hope we can get that, RKBA is the only civil right that requires individual FBI approval to exercise a Constitutional enumerated "unalienable" right.
