Constitional Scholars all over the country are gonna pounce on this one.

There is no charter in the US Constitution that allows the government to dictate how companies run themselves.  In fact, the government should not be bailing out or buying up private industry.  It's against the law...

Where is the SCOTUS when you need them....

Yeah, but he is going to give them tax payer money...that negates the good things. I think we should not interfere with how the companies run themselves, even when it is into the ground.

The Supreme Court of the United States has to have the case brought to them, they can't interfere unless that happens. They can't go looking for things.

I'm pretty sure we all agree that the bail out should have never happend...

I don't know of a single company that got bail out money that was not directly to blame for thier down turn.

if anyone does, please let me know.

Barney Frank says they are going to push it for every sector, if the companies are getting fed money or not.

Minimum wage..... now we are going to have a maximum wage..... and they will continually get closer and closer.... can you say socialism boys and girls?

Can everyone say communism?

With the Government handing out cash like they can print it, taking care of all our needs and fixing our mistakes, the next step will be to garner our entire wage.

There was an interview I read yesterday or Monday where Putin warned that we are headed the wrong way, and he tied it to mistakes made in Russia.  Sometimes it ain't all bad to listen to others.

I've yet to find the bill but I believe that there is already talk of garnishing everyones 401K money and rolling it into the Social Security system to make it solvent.

It's already happened in other countries.  Apparently, we are not capable of managing our own retirements.

I've pulled all mine out with the last job change, paid the penalty tax and stuck it where no one can get too it.
