Title: An Extreme Defense of the Second Amendment
Post by: Boulderlaw on July 20, 2007, 05:06:38 PM
Check out the latest issue of Reason magazine for a great cover story on the most basic purpose of the Second Amendment.

Note that the title is not pejorative. "I would remind you that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice! And let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue!" - Barry Goldwater

It's a great magazine, well worth the price of admission. The piece should show up here for free after a while: http://www.reason.com/staff/show/137.html

Actually, there are two of the articles form this issue available online, but not hte 2A article - yet. Give it a few weeks or a month and it should be up. All of the back issues are there with their articles. Looks good, some of the older 2A articles appear to have been very positive and pro-2A.
