What you linked to is a mis understanding of last weeks shooting wire. The "ban" was on EXPORTS of  ammo to Canada, It was a "trial balloon" that caused resistance in both Canada and the US and so , according to THIS WEEKS www.shootingwire.com has been scrapped.
