Charter Arms Introduces New On Duty Revolver
By Press Release - Mar 10, 2009 - 11:42:42 PM
Charter Arms new On Duty revolver is designed for concealed carry and back up. The key change in this revolver from other Charter's is the semi-shrouded hammer. The On Duty is made so that just the tip of the hammer spur sticks out so it may be used in either double-action or single-action.

You can't take anything away from Charter...the little buggers aren't as pretty as a Smith J-Frame or a Taurus 85...but they go BANG, and put the BB's pretty much where you want them. You can't ask or much more than that.

Interesting. I had a Bulldog many years I foolishly traded for my next "must have" gun. They are not the prettiest on the market but they are boringly reliable.

Ypu should check out there CARR gun coming in April. They shoot 9mm,40S&W,and 45acp with no need for moon clips and are +p rated. ;D
