Damn ... The three I go to are going to be gone (Sioux Falls, St. Cloud and Wichita)  :'(

I believe that this economic change will bring about what the Clinton/Gore camp wanted.  We are going to be forced to more and more of our business on the internet, and there will be little face to face relationship left.  God help us when we finish losing all our people skills!

I don't have one in my local area (Tulsa metro), but the OKC store isn't too many miles down the turnpike.

I wonder what the timeline is for that location?  I might have to get by there sometime soon...

Marshal ALWAYS has to stop in at the one in Wichita.. It is his "fix" every time we go to the city.. LOL

But I like it too... :'(

The one in Helena was just put in not too long ago, and was sorely needed here.  While it is not closing, it is one to be sold to the Canadian company.  I really wonder how good it will be after that exchange...

:( :( :( That explains why on Monday when I dropped by they had very few rifles and only 6 pistols left.  :( :( :(

he one here in my town (South Central Idaho) made it through, but for the last ~6 - 9 months has been a dust factory.
One or two boxes of ammo where you'd have had 20 or 40 of each last year this time.

The pistol wall is missing 2/3 of the models they use to have, and what they do have is a single model opposed to all models.
(think one GLOCK 26 compared to all GLOCK sub compacts as an example)

And not just guns and ammo. Fishing, knives, Electronics, optics all very much curtailed. The also stopped lay-a-way which I think is a bad move.
I realize people will say there is no difference between saving your money then buy out right VS a lay-a-way plan at a store but some people just like (and use) L-A-W ......

So we still have one, but it's a shell of what it use to be 1 - 2 - 3 years ago.

Glad the one closest to me will still be open. Ammo and reloading supplies are wiped out and real low on guns.

The one here is going Canuck too, but they have had stock of lots of thigs - except ammo and reloading supplies, just like everyone else.

I walked into WW the other day, they had just received a case of Winchester white box 9mm - so now I am 200 rounds richer (? ? ? )

We have one not to far from me.  I've been in there once.  i will never go back.   They had crapy help and crapy prices( you know its bad when the mom and pop shops are beatting them by 25%)

The one thing I will not stand for is bad help.  Price means very little if you can't get the help you need.
