History shows that "it" always starts out being a good and helpful thing. Those who disagree may fall into two camps 1) those choose not to think, to consider the implications, and apply the "perfect" conditions that will not always exist and 2) the others who would misuse authority to dominate and rule. The following is as true today as it was over a century ago:
Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom.
It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.
-William Pitt, British prime-minister (1759-1806)

I for one, think think its comforting to know that politicians are rallying our valiant armed forces to close the barn door. After all, you never know when that damned horse may come back. Have these these people lost their minds?

I saw this yesterday and Im not sure the picture is correct, and Im also not sure those are regular army soldiers standing in the street un armed. I wish I could tell what it says on their reflective vests. They could be road guards from the Nat. guard or state guard people.

This has shown up in a couple of places. They were regular Army from Fort Rucker, and yes, they were armed. If you look at the photo they all have pistols on. The vests say "Police".
I am still not sure why this was needed.

Judging by the comments, Reynolds Aluminum is the stock to buy, lots of demand for tin foil from the Jew haters. Maybe there are ulterior motives for the troops being there, (remember when the NG pulled out of NO last week the citizens were worried about being left at the "mercy" of NOPD) but MK ULTRA ? The Rothschild's? Give me a break.

What? did they think that 7-11 clerks were going to catch the madness and get out their guns? Please, what morons are thinking this out?
Oh, politicians.
