I'm gonna cheat here and ask a question for Michael before he gets on the air. (Maybe he'll talk about it on her show.)
Mr. Bane, If you had $200 to spend would you buy a reloading kit and dies or would you just buy $200 worth of ammo? (4 different calibers.)

That was one of the most surreal hours I've spent. Both Michael and Cheryl had the same cadence, inflection and general talking style. When you get two people like this together time goes wonky and hours go by in a blink.

Overload...did Cheryl and I really sound alike? That's creepy!
Marshal and I discussed doing a call-in show, but good lord, what if it worked? We're already swamped. Actually we were swamped last year...this year we're whatever beyond swamped is.
I thought it was a pretty good show, all in all. They're issues I think are important to talk about. In fact, I'm thinking of doing a "road show" in the fall in conjunction wiht a big box retailer, talking about being safe in what strikes me as an increasingly unsafe world.
Thoughts on that???

Michael,
I don't think you two sounded creepy but what I got out of it was she parroted everything you said. If you had said, "I believe one of the biggest threats to public safety is the 'deadly toilet spider', which reminds us to be ever vigilant in public restrooms." She would have agreed with your point that there is no telling what's lurking under those toilet seats in public restrooms. My impression was you were the master and she was the student on the subject. I was hoping she could have maybe offered a different take and some depth but she really did not do that. It was still a good show as it reinforced what you have said repeatedly on other podcasts.
A roadshow with a big box retailer to promote awareness and self defense? I think that would work if this retailer truly had the merchandise to sell that complimented what you are talking about. If it's one of those retailers who think all of us are hunters, then I think the show might be just an extended infomercial for the retailer.....Just my thoughts....
