Title: Who Has a Raffle for Guns?
Post by: 1776 Rebel on April 11, 2009, 07:53:22 AM
In these hard economic times putting the cash together for new gun can be hard. But what if you have a chance to win a gun in a raffle. My devious mind says that if we work as a group we have a greater than average chance of winning one. I ran across this Remington 1100 raffle by the New York State NRA org. (only 5 bucks). But what other organizations are raffling guns over the web? Why don't we post them here as you run across them and we all get a better shot at winning !!!

Yep, I enter that one every month.  Shooting USA, also has a monthly gun giveaway which you can enter by answering a trivia question about each week's show.  Since we're all tuning into Shooting Gallery anyway...  8)

Our club is in the early stages of a raffle.  Tickets should go on sale around Labor Day.  It will be a 104 gun raffle, with limited tickets sold, and every ticket is in for every gun (yes ... the same person could win all 104), tickets will be in the $40 range (that is what is being kicked around right now), and it is planned as two guns per week for a year.

I will post more details as the are refined, and will let you know when it is up and running.

I'd love to see a few guns shipped to DRTV members around the Nation!
