Pelosi- "We Want Them Registered."
4/27/2009
The Obama administration wishes it hadn't happened. Most of the media has swept it under the rug. But they can't deny it any longer and there's no doubt about it ...
They're coming after every law-abiding gun owner in America- and they want your name and personal information in a federal database. That's right- national registration of all firearms.
And the speaker of the House- Nancy Pelosi- fully admitted her gun registration plan, in an admission wrapped around outright lies about the Second Amendment and our freedom.
On ABC's "Good Morning America," when pressed about her goals for gun legislation, Pelosi said the following:
"... the Supreme Court has ruled in a direction that gives more opportunity for people to have guns. We never denied that right. We don't want to take their guns away. We want them registered ... and we have to rid the debate of the misconceptions that people have about what gun safety means.”
Pelosi's idea of "gun safety" is every gun ban, ammunition ban and licensing scheme that has come across her desk. She's spent an entire congressional career voting to deny the rights of lawful gun owners.
And now, she's laid out her congressional agenda- coming soon- "We want them registered."
They can't deny it. And they can't deny the determination and might of America's lawful gun owners, who don't want their names in some national government database, just waiting to be abused by gun-hating bureaucrats.
So bring it on, Nancy. We're ready.
Sorry that I haven't had time to find the video clips, but we need to act on this and use more ink and paper.

It is a video that has been posted before:
On the count down timer ...
-03:08 the gun control talk starts and Ms. Nancy looks like she swallowed a pickle;
-01:16 the registration talk comes;
and, before starting her book infommertial she talks of how they wouldn't want to tell States what they can do ...
We can't let this happen!

She know's NOTHING about "gun safety"...

I believe Madame Speaker is paraphrasing Adolf Hitler in 1939.
How did that work out?
-
He had the decency to kill himself, will she, or will she drag this out till we have to push her, begging, and lying, against a wall ?
-
Question,.....
Does she/they want the guns purchased in the future registered or guns that have ALREADY been purchased registered?
When in comes to some family "items" that have been handed down, I can tell you my response to having them registered,..:
No Habla Ingles,.....
How do you think the BATFE would get previously purchased firearms data records? Oh, look what Tom bought last year, let's go pay him a visit?
This is the slippery slope, and would drive gun sales underground, it's inherent to any commodity.

Get acquainted with your local potheads, they have been engaged in smuggling for decades

Personally, I would prefer the Mussolini treatment for all of the traitors. Of course, he was lined up against a wall first, so maybe your idea has merit.

Yes, but I believe they used piano wire,,,....

Yes! They want all guns registered.
They'll start with all future transfers at gun shows. Then ALL transfers, including inheritances. At most after one generation then all weapons would have to be registered. If you hide them during probate then you're a federal criminal, they might possibly ensnare your whole family if ever discovered. After 20 years, they can just demand all others be registered. Not even wait for a complete generational turnover. Once a database is complete confiscation becomes much easier. People will be much more compliant if they know the government knows who has the guns.
-
...insofar as I can tell, if registering and confiscating all our guns doesn't work (realizing to there's always going to be 'that' collateral damage in any government mandated program) they can always just go to plan b.) and kill you first - and then take your guns...
and don't forget Hussein OB never could have ever gotten where he is today had their not been that whole George W. Bush thing first - whom it is I can see looking back - who's only purpose for being selected to be Prez 8 years (by the same international global banking group that selected OB) was to split the Christian/Religious/Conservative Right wing of America into thousands of fragmented divided pieces divided against itself...

"Remember that Jefferson told us that the Second Amendment would not be needed until they tried to abolish it. There are people who have that in mind right now. The personal ownership and usage of firearms is not a common aspect of today's culture worldwide. It is up to Americans - those who know what it means to be an American - to uphold the light of liberty in the face of those both here and elsewhere who would extinguish it. We see the hysterics who feel that the abolition of firearms would bring about major changes in the human psyche, and that crime would disappear. We cannot reason with these people because they are impervious to reason, but we can expose them to ridicule and frustrate their political clout. That is a job not just for the National Rifle Association, but for everyone. If you want to make a resolution for the coming century, resolve to do something in defense of liberty every day, and by liberty, of course, we mean true liberty - the right to keep and bear arms. Without that liberty all other liberties are meaningless."
