I think that if a white man would have gotten beat like billy did and young black men were responsible the charge would be attemped murder.

I can't find the link but there was a case in Ga. where a white couple were tortured for days by a group of blacks BECUASE THEY WERE WHITE. and the BG's were charged with assault.
According to the article from SPLC he was hit once, that ain't a "beating".
