ORLANDO -- A burglar gets more than he bargains for while breaking into a home. The residents were armed with a gun and camera.
David Moffett was asleep Sunday morning when Horace Dwayne McKinney rang his doorbell.
By the time Moffett answered the door, McKinney was breaking in through the screened-in porch.
Moffett called police and grabbed his gun while his wife grabbed her camera.
She stood behind Moffett and snapped shots as the incident unfolded.
"I got the drop on him with my gun and told him to wait until police came. Obviously I had to tell him threateningly that if he made a false move it would be his last. He did the right thing,” Moffett said. “He didn't try to run away or to approach me at all. He just stood there put his hands up and waited patiently for the police while I did. The police were there very fast thankfully."
Moffett has increased his security. He's now investing in a home burglary system.

While I strongly support pointing guns at, and even incarcerating people who play loud instruments early in the morning, I ithink you meant burglar not bugler. ;D

Lucky he was alive to be arrested,......BG came very close to being wheeled out by the County Coroner....
Think he'll try this again? (After he gets out of prison)?
