Title: What happens to BATF firearms seizures?
Post by: MadBadger on May 08, 2009, 11:35:56 AM
 ???

I noticed in yesterdays Wall Street Journal, three full pages of very small print, detailing BATF seized property notices.  By far, the listings were firearms.

The disclaimer at the bottom notes that the seized properties are not for sale and that BATF does not have information concerning the sale of property.

What happens to these firearms after the third notice expires?
