I guess he did not get his copy of "the wife to english dictionary." I suppose he will now have to learn the language in the more difficult lecture format.

I sprang for the big bucks and got the Rosetta Stone version to learn to understand "wife to english".

That didn't even work.

I guess that I'll never understand her. Thank goodness that jewelry still works for a bribe or as a get out of the dog house free card. ;D

Off the gun topic but similar humor, I saw an ad in a local paper for a wedding gown.  The caption read, "Worn only once, by mistake."

I am in a feisty mood so I will not even comment. Even though I did make some comments in earlier posts. Must be the sun but I am having fun. Hot as Hades out there today.

Anyone remember the saying, "If she doesn't like the way that I am, I will buy one that will..."? Just kidding.

Regardless of the spousal problem.....

How does this guy plan to get 1500 bucks for a gun worth less than a grand retail?

Someone enlighten me as to why that could be....Greed is just Greed!

That would be $1500 Australian.  Doesn't matter, it's been sold.

Still too much, the Aussie dollar is only worth 80 cents today.......and the US dollar is in the tank.  I suppose their frigged up laws have some effect as well.

Aussie $$$ mate

to give you an idea

that rifle new from one dealer's RRP list  is $2150.00  for that rifle

you would be able to get it cheaper doing a deal with them

the Browning I want is  around $1600

Phil, move to Massachusetts....even with our fugged up laws, you'd be less oppressed and be able to carry a sidearm.  And the dollar here, is still worth about 23 cents! ;D

p.s.  That guns MSRP is a little over a grand and could be found for 850 give or take in the US....

I worked at learning to translate until about my 10th anniverary.  Thats when I got smart and chose selective hearing instead.  ;)

The only drawback being an occasional.  "What do you mean you told me about this weeks ago!?!"
