Is it ok to use 124 +p+ ammo in a sig 239 sas 9mm? If not whats best?

I doubt that light use (100-200 rounds to make sure it works in your gun, then a mag or two every so often) would bother it. From personal experience, I'd be more worried about how it might affect my shooting - that's a bunch of recoil in a small gun, and might present a problem with follow-up shots if you ever have to use it.
Recoil is weird - I can comfortably shoot my .44 Magnum Super Blackhawk all day with full power loads, but I'm trading in a Kel-Tec PF-9 because it hurts when I shoot it. Go figure...
