Cheap to shoot!  Not likely to go unquestioned by DNR.

I prefer the one that makes the 10/22 look like an MG42. Now that will get you stopped!   ;D

That is cool, I want one.

I just did a 10/22 up to look like a AR, it came out great.

I have seen a Ruger 10-22 made up to look like an M-1 carbine.  That was pretty cool.  The same guy was working on a Thopson one.

Kid, I couldnt tell you what type rifle it is.  Nore do I have a Blazer.  But if Blazer is building rifles with that kind of wood...  WOW!  Thats gotta be the prettiest material I've ever seen on a any gun or anywhere!

I'll see if I can find more info. on it.  Imagin that wood on a stainless steel gun (of your choice)...

This one's not to shabby either.

Followed the link of the picture back to find out the rifle is a Dakota Arms Model 76, African grade.  You gotta look at some of these guns!  Druel, druel.

Purdy
Here's a picture of a Blazer K95...only pic I could find on short notice.

They are beautiful German Rifles, Shotguns and Drillings (side by side shotguns with a rifle barrel underneath). They get pricey quick and have stocks in all grades of wood and all are beautiful.

Seems like all they use is walnut (a couple composites)

I think you may be right on the Maple Tom, I wonder if its some kind of marbleing trick with stain, not wood grain that makes it look the way it does...  Sure it nice!

The only way I know of to get that kind of wood is by using a laminate made from stained or different naturally pigmented woods.

The burled maple on the cheekweld is a very nice touch.
