"raises concerns?", its that an NRA quote, or a Wash Post quote?
What is a response like that? Reminds me of "Gravely Disappointed"......
Call a spade a spade; "She will undermine the 2nd Amend. She has already illustrated a "legislate from the bench" attitude.
And she is a flaming liberal...
"raises concerns"???
I'm sure Ted Nugent, could come up with something better than that...C'mon NRA, playing nice in the sandbox always get you a face full of sand.
Yes, I appreciate the NRA efforts, but the semantics and politically correct "remarks" are getting kind of lame, as the libs will stop at nothing to crumble a Constitutional right.
Time for the NRA to get a set....
If that gets me to the corner, I have some Crown and shrimp skewers... ::)

Sotomayor is unacceptable. She has the wrong temperment, and was chosen for the wrong reasons. Its not just that she's liberal, its that she's the wrong kind of liberal. Its like the difference between Roberts and Alito. Roberts is perfect for the job, he has the right restrained judicial tempermant and the credentials. Alito rarely met a police power he didn't like. Sotomayor seems to think she's a senator rather than a judge. That alone she should disqualify her. I'm resigned to a liberal (which won't change the balance on the court) but it needs to be the "right" kind of liberal, just as Roberts is the right kind of conservative, and she ain't it. The sad thing is that very few, of either party, will vote against her as they are afraid of the latino vote. This is a very bad choice.
