It will apply to the LEOs too someday, well, most of them. Some will be more equal than others and get to keep all of the firearms, the rest will not.
Think I'm nuts? The ATF just busted a decorated veteran and 13-year FBI agent (SWAT and sniper) for selling his personal firearms to an undercover cop among others. Repeat - for personal sales - in Texas!
