Can anybody help me find info about a show that featured a gunsmith, who put rear adjustable sights on a "J " farme and fiber optic fronts?

It's probably prohibitively expensive to have adjustables milled into a J-frame...much easier to buy adjustible sights in the first place, such as this 3-inch Model 60:
