What do you call the guy who graduates at the bottom of his medical school class?..................Doctor.   Not funny. :(

So medicare is LESS picky about doctors than an HMO?
That is a little hard to imagine. going through my HMO book of doctors I don't see many english names. I guess India's universities are the world standard in medicine???
