Anyone have any experience with the new space age lubricant....Gun Butter? Looks like wonderful stuff. I like Tetra products personally, but have just ordered a couple of bottles of Gun Butter (2/3 ounce bottles that are supposed to last for approx. 50,000 rounds per bottle) to give it a try on my 1911.

Thanks Hazcat.
Just curious, for anyone who has tried Gun Butter, what did you use prior to Gun Butter and would you say it is superior to other very good lubricant products? Also, where should one apply Gun Butter and is it the only lubricant to use for the entire gun? Do you still use other lubricants/greases combined with Gun Butter? Just trying to figure out if this product should be used solely for all areas or does it make sense to combine it with other products. I have always liked Tetra grease and oils but the description of this stuff makes me think that this may be a good replacement across the board. Thanks.

I've been eyeing the http://www.mstn.biz/Mstn-Store/Maintenance-Tools/MSTN-AR-Receiver-Lube-Kit/product_info.html MSTN AR kit. Glad to hear good things about Gun Butter, might have to finally order the kit.
