Title: TBD WIns First Telly Award
Post by: Michael Bane on August 04, 2009, 08:08:19 PM: It was just announced that our SAFE AT HOME episode of THE BEST DEFENSE won a Telly Award for excellence. Tellys ar eessentially cable Emmys, and TBD becomes only the second firearms-related show to win. The first was SHOOTING GALLERY, with 2.

Tim, Rob and Mike...thank you for your your unrelenting commitment to excellence!

Congratulations, which pales as a phrase, to truly describe the gratitude many of us must feel toward the programs achievement!
Putting good TV on the air is not easy. Long hours of filming and editing, not to mention using ones "psychic powers" to anticipate what your viewing audience really wants to watch. And not to mention keep watching, week after week.

And, IMHO, based on what's been aired of the TBD's Survival, you all seem to be well on the way to another one in your collective future.

Now only if it were an hour (40 min.) program.........

Now get back to work ;D
