DRT "Dead Right There!"

This ammo has been hush, hush for over four years, during the testing phases, the elite military and law enforcement agencies couldn't believe what they were seeing as they shot the DRT ammunition. Now it is the only ammunition used to protect high profile individuals.

The most amazing part of this ammunition is the compressed powder core, as it passes into the body it dissipates causing instant death.

The core powder is as fine as talcum powder. When it contacts the organic target, the powder is spinning at such a high rate it instantly disperses, resulting in Instant Death. A full 100% energy dissipation as the bullet totally disappears into invisible dust.

This is the most accurate and deadly ammo we have ever shot. This ammunition is used world wide to protect citizens and eliminate terrorists. DRT, Dead Right There!

Funny how type-written words sometimes don't come across they way spoken words do.......
My first reply was supposed to come across as the.....er, um ......effect of not realizing there was even a gun in the scene...........

oh well...........  ;D

Getting back to the ammo...........
How is this different from other frangible ammo?
How does it perform through barricades?

Nice marketing campaign.

Close, but, no.  ;)

I swear by International Cartridge Coorporation ammo. Lead free frangible, made differently than DRT. Some similarities, some differences. The ICC stuff is a solid bullet that fragments and the DRT is a powder core. Looks good though. It's all about big holes and tissue damage. The DRT ammo might be more similar to some of the bullets made by Barnes.

My bad 1911 Junkie. I should have checked the link that I put in favorites when you told me about ICC. All frangible is not the same..................not even close.

My humble apologies. :-[

This stuff is powered tunsten. It looks very good, but its also about $80 a box. I don't have the cash to practice with it. I will stick with HPs. BTW, is this the same Irlene Mandrell from the Mandrell sister's TV show back in the '80s? Because if so she aged a hell of a lot better than me! ;D
