Regardless of the hippies, the music was good. It all happened on a dairy farm owned by Max Yasgur who died 4 years later.

Totally get it. Sam Kinison had it right. I was just focusing on the music, and those that burned their draft cards back than, are burning their AARP cards now....ironic,....

Actually I always liked Country Joe, and Arlo Guthrie's Alice's restaurant. ;D

I was too young at the time, but I've always loved the music from that era. A true "one of a kind" event. There will never be another one like Woodstock.
