wtf? failing to protect against slash. last time i was there there were big sings saying "cation, wet surface".

she should sue the dolphins for splashing people and getting water in there eyes

Ya know...... she should be sentenced to a week in the dolphin tank having to leap for raw fish.It would serve her right. Darwin would be ashamed by this woman. Yikes!

Reminds me of the MENSA candidate that sued McDonalds because they failed to warn her that her coffee was hot.  And she WON, that's the scariest part!!

This lady is a walking lawsuit. She was looking for a place to sue. Look out Sears or Wal-Mart. What comes around goes around. She will get hers one of these days. I hope she chokes on the money if she wins. Hopefully she won't !!

Hay mr lawyer. i know we haven't talked in a while. but will you help me sue McDonald's because i scalded my tongue. yes i know there should be a sign. well... i was hoping for around 1 million but three quarters will do.

and of course the lawyer  will take on a case  look what will happen if they win   they will be out suing people for not picking up dog crap  due to the person stepping in it  got shit on the sneakers  and needs pain and suffering for stepping in a turd....

Another reason to thank all the "Ambulance Chasers" out there.  Ever wonder why it costs you an arm and a leg to go to amusement parks, zoos, aquariums and museums.  Of course, the trial lawyers are a major political lobby who contribute millions to Congress to encourage them not to put limitations on settlements.  Second, there is no litmus test or entrance exam to these venues.  You really didn't think you might get wet sitting near the dolphin tank?  A. Yes  B. No  C. None of the Above  Common Sense...gone the way of the dinosaur.
