Is anyone familliar with this pistol? How it shoots? Easy to breakdown?

Have one. Would recommend a Buckmark or Ruger instead. The Neos has a lousy trigger. The safety actually hurts your hand while holding the gun and the safety is engaged. The barrel takedown "keeper" is sharp and will gouge you as you work the takedown wheel if you aren't careful. Much prefer my Buckamrk or Ruger.

The Neos is a re-design of "The Colt .22", which I believe is a re-design of an older High Standard pistol.  My experiences with the "Colt .22" is:
The GOOD: Easy interchangeability of different barrel lenghts.  The longer barrel length came with a nice rail mount for easy scope install.  Great function and reliability.  Looked cool, kinda space age.
The BAD:  The mag release, located on the front right of the trigger guard was too high, easy to activate, but would also dump the mag if you decided to holster carry the gun(don't know if NEOS has corrected the problem).  Crossbolt safety located on the rear part of the frame was really awkward to use(NEOS has redesigned this part).  Striker fired ignition, while very strong, was a fairly heavy stainess piece which flew forward to hit the shell.  This piece seemed to have a relatively longer lock time than the Ruger MK2 and Browning BuckMark pistols, so I wasn't able to target shoot the Colt pistol as well as the Ruger and the Browning.
Overall, it was a very fun gun to have, especially with a red dot sight, but if you are thinking more in the lines of a target or holster gun, the Colt .22 showed some limitations, and probably the NEOS as well.
