Watch the video.... this guy is a selfless hero to say the least. The video shows what looks like the girl loading the magazine, but never cambering the round. The gun may not have actually been loaded, but there is no way that anyone on the bus would have know that. The police officer seems to say that it was a loaded gun. The gun was a Jimenez in ".38" - probably a .380?
He said that the reason he confronted her... because if anyone would have gotten shot, he said that he would have rather gotten shot then any of the rest of them.

This Kid, Like our troops, prove that not ALL of todays youth are pierced assholes. Good for him, I wish him luck in college.

Watched the interview with him and the sheriff. I think this kid could be sheriff of this particular county. The young man was down to Earth and humble. Glad to hear he now has a scholarship to Mississippi. He has a heart of gold and am really proud there are still kids out there who are willing to take risk to save others. ;D
