So I was listening to the radio, and this yutz was talking about Nationalized Health Care. The host of the show was pointing out how it's failed utterly in every other place it's tried, and shooting the guy down point by point. Politely, but shooting the caller down nonetheless. After several moronic points, the guy actually said
"Why don't we just try it? If it doesn't work, we can always just undo it." I had to go back to work before I got through on the line, and the host of the show kind of glossed over it.
This idiot apparently has NO understanding of how things work. You can't just "undo" spending billions and billions of dollars. You can't "undo" the people that will die because the government rations their care. Once a gov't program is put into place, it's almost impossible to get rid of it. Remember when deficit spending was a temporary measure that was supposed to end immediately after WWII came to a close? Some people just hack me the heck off to no end.

Why do you think they walk around with I PODS stuck in their ears? They have a loop saying "Breath in......Breath out...." ;D

Tom, breathing is automatic. If they needed to willfully do it, they would be dead.

It doesn't matter to the left that the things the propose have failed everywhere and everytime they've been tried. The seem to believe that the people who tried before just didn't care enough to make it a success.
My dad always used to say that the definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.
