There is NO WAY Gibson hadn't heard about the ACORN scandal.  He was dodging the issue by feigning ignorance of the subject.  He used such a condescending attitude in the interview.

Well, Charlie Gibson must now have been informed about ACORN.  I passed by a TV tuned to the ABC news and Charlie heard read the lead to the story by Jake Tapper.

Of course ACORN says that this is deplorable yet the tapes are racially motivated.

I guess bad behavior and bad news can be excused by calling on the race card.
