2 things:
1. I hate the "let me google that for you" crap - please link to the story, not middleware. I don't use google - effing little kalifornia fascists that they are
2. Lousy article - missed the one overriding key point - there is no Constitutionally recognized "right" to an abortion. That was thunk up by some asshole leftist judge and the SCOTUS agreed. What the heck, they agreed with Kelo and the agreed with McCain-Feingold, so I guess they're in on the fix too.
There is an absolute recognition in the Constitution - added to make absolutely clear that the right was there - in the form of the 2A.
This point needs to be made time and again - it is a right and it shall not be infringed.
