I'd like some advice regarding the best IWB holster for the Glock 30SF for concealed carry. ???

FWIW - I prefer the Milt Sparks Versa Max 2 for my Glock G30SF.  I like the belt loops being on the edges of the holster. For me, this makes it thinner and more comfortable. I also like leather it seems to be more comfortable to the skin than Kydex.  The problem with this holster is the long wait from Milt Sparks over 8 months. However, you could look for a similar product from another leather maker.

As Shooter32 mentioned, check with Andy and see if he can make you something. I carry the Glock 30SF myself and have been carrying it with a Fobus Holster since my beloved Blackhawk does not make one for it. Plus Andy is one of the fella's on this forum.
