I remember a Leica ad in a photo magazine back in the '80's.  They were advertising a special on one of their long telephoto lenses - buy the lens and get a car in which to carry it.  THAT'S an expensive piece of glass.

Negative on free shipping from MidwayUSA.

However, if you really want them, they are only $2,199 at OpticsPlanet with Free UPS shipping!!!

Oh and by they way, they come "hard wired" for either "yards" or "meters" NOT BOTH.  MidwayUSA is selling the "yard" model.  OpticsPlanet has both.
