Title: Deployments

I have an old Navy pal, retired now after 34 years.  He started out an E-1 and ended up an O-6.  

His wife, we'll call her Capt. Kathy (O-6), has deployed to one of the nastier places on the planet for an extended period.  This will be her first foray into a hostile environment in her 30 year career.

Though I don't know the Capt. personally, she has made the military her lifes work.  She is an Officer, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, sister, aunt, daughter and an American Patriot.

Please keep her in your thoughts.

Update:

Capt. Kathy has finished her tour in Islamabad and is coming home in time for her daughters 21st.

She will taking Command of a new "Cyber" unit in the Norfolk area..

A job well done Captain!
