Title: Garand 10/22
Post by: blackwolfe on October 26, 2009, 10:00:04 PM
Stumbled on this and I thought it was pretty neat.  A Ruger 10/22 dressed as a Garand M1 rifle.  I have seen some done as M-1 carbines also that looked very nice too.

That looks really cool.
It would fit right in with the 10/22 kits that look like WWII machine guns to form an 'all .22' military-style arsenal for some cheap shooting.

Maybe so, but it is a do it yourself project in dressing up a utility gun into something pretty.

it is a perfect .22 equivalent practice gun for those that use a Garand as a MBR.  and darn cool to boot.
