Title: Primary Taping is Finished!
Post by: Rob Pincus on November 02, 2009, 11:41:25 PM
We wrapped up another great week of taping for the upcoming season of TBD last week.

We covered a few more important scenarios and taped a lot of skill development segments.

This season is going to top last year in terms of production and build on the skills shared in the first season. I am really looking forward to the feedback!

Are we going to be assaulted cursed afflicted blessed with the MTV-style flashing graphics and staccato music again this season?  ???

At least it's not as bad as some of the knock-offs though.

Looking forward to the content though. Season 1 of both TBD and TBD:S were excellent.

Janich and I did corner the producer/editor/director in Ogden and begged for a redo on the graphics so that they actually looked like something we would (or, god forbid, did) teach... but we didn't discuss a reduction in Flash... and I think I actually asked for more driving staccato music.  ;D

The thing about Mike, Mike and I that people forget is that we are just like you guys... we put our pants on one leg at a time.

Except, once our pants are on we make Telly Award Winning TV ....  ;D

Yes, Janich takes things to a higher level in terms of the unarmed and knife techniques this season.. starting in Episode 1!

And, I think, we are all wearing pants in each episode.

Frankly, I think you need to push the envelope, Rob. Why don't you guys experiment with something other than tactical pants. Something like tactical shorts might work!  ;D

Oh is Michael going to beat you up more this year, Rob? I really liked it when he beat you up in the shows......  ;)
