I follow Michael's advice as far as ammo goes...When I see a good price, I buy in bulk. The Aguila Super Extra Copper solids are the most consistently reliable and 22lr I've found other than CCI mini mags and at the time Midway had the Aguila on sale for $9 less per brick than the CCI so it was a no brainer. I've been getting backorder batches of the Aguila as it has become available for many months, and all at the sale price :) I've shot half inch groups with it at 50 yards with some rifles, and fired 1200 rounds without a malfunction of any kind in My Spikes upper. Its great stuff, I just hope the Smith likes it :)
I should get to the range this weekend to give it a try...

That's the new M&P15-22 right? I saw that on Guns and Ammo TV but it's not in my store here yet. :( G&A said suggested retail was $499. If you don't mind telling what did you pay for yours?

$450 on gunbroker. I'm really impressed with it!

Neat shooter! Looks like you've got enough ammo to rid your entire state of squirrels! ;D

almost as hot as my AR ;)
is that an EOtech on it?

Looks like a Bushnell holo sight. Same manufacturer, same factory, no metal shield cover, alot less expensive.
Nice setup.

Yep, its a Holo Sight. About a third the price of the Eotech but with essentially the same performance, just not battle ready. Unless the rabbits get frisky this year, it should be perfect for a tacticool .22 :)
