 Chairman of Joint Chiefs is a serving General Officer, but He would not be the first Enlisted man to serve as Sec Def.

As usual, the man said it all. There have been many Marine Gunnys, but R. Lee does seem to eximplify the breed. To them, and those like them, damn few left. I don't have the right to say Semper Fi, but I can sure think it. Screw the Joint chiefs, lets go for Sec Def. ;D
