Title: Thanks for the support!
Post by: JC5123 on November 06, 2009, 03:19:03 PM
I wanted to thank you all again for the support you have given me through some very hard times. I have now been officially divorced for 2 months now. Things are starting to get back to normal now, and knowing that your thoughts were with me means a lot. Thank you all so much, and for an update, I just purchased a brand new house last Friday. Been happily dating for about a month now. (Going VERY slow) So I'll be back to doing the homeowner thing, and getting FQ all riled up.

Happy Friday everyone, and have a good weekend! Beer and pizza at my place for anyone who wants to help me move.... ;D

Tough road under the best of circumstances. Go easy, go steady, above all else keep your equilibrium. Your friends are here as well as close by where you are.

And I don't know if any of us old farts will help you move. Ask Ksail!   ;D

I don't really need help, but I love to share beer! Not to mention I'll probably be burning half a buffalo over fire! Looks like it's going to be our last nice weekend, so Party At My House! Bring more beer, and a rodent extermination tool. My new digs overlook a prairie dog town about 100yds away. Yes I'm right on the edge of town, but hey, if I have to evac, I've got the mob beat.

Buffalo is wonderful. I had 3, butchered them in the summer of '04 (that's aught four for your young punks  ;D ) and I still have some in the freezer - and yes it is still good, packed right.

Whereabouts in Wyoming are you JC? Day's drive for me if east - south of Sundance.

I live in Casper. Go up to S.D. for Pheasants once a year. Would enjoy getting together if you're interested. As far as the moving goes, no worries fella's. I got it handled. I actually have everything moved over, just have to figure out where to put it in the house! Fortunately I have a great girl with a sense of taste, and style. (If it were up to me, everything would be camo and O.D. green) So at least I've got someone that will make my house a home.

Buffalo is great. I shot a young bull in January. Good for me, since I didn't draw my elk license this year. So I still have enough meat in the freezer for the winter. Thanks for all the support guys. I have to say that I have signed into a lot of forums, but this is the only one that I have stayed with. The people here are what keep me coming back. I really do think of everyone here like a part of my family. Thanks again everyone.
