I'd like to give a plug to a local Georgia business (next county over from me). He's getting started in the precision rifle trade and so far his rifles are performing well (he's already backlogged!!!). For reloaders, he has a new bullet pointing die out that improves the shape of the bullet tip for better long-range performance.
The team pictured on the welcome page for the website (below) recently placed third in the 2009 F-Class National Match in North Carolina (2 points out of a second place finish). It was a first time competition for some of the shooters.
In the photo, the guy kneeling on the right is a 20+ year friend of mine and our local range owner. He shot one point off of a perfect score at the 600 yard line. The guy standing behind him is a friend I've known for nearly 40 years. Standing, second from the left is also a long-time friend. The guy kneeling on the left (Whidden) is the business owner and multiple 1000 yard champ at Camp Perry.
