I know SAF has already filed a lawsuit against Seattle. Supposedly the NEW incoming Mayor has said he will continue to leave the Ban in effect being as a law firm has volunteered to represent the City for FREE! Now this morning this guy Bob Warden has tested the ban and is threatening another law suit of his own.
I think Seattle's going to Pay!!!! ;D

SEATTLE - A Kent man carried out a promise to "exercise his right to bear arms" by carrying a holstered Glock pistol into the Southwest Community Center on Saturday at high noon.
It figures,..... ::)
Always the s*** starters.....
I hope the NRA represents him pro bono.
Warden said he believes this will give him legal standing to file a lawsuit over the gun ban at Seattle city facilities.
"I'm not here as a Second Amendment activist," Warden said in an interview with the seattlepi.com. "I'm here as a citizen who believes in the rule of law."

It will be, the State AG has already said the ban is not legal. He told the mayor that before he implemented it. ??? :(

Depends upon what court hears the case. Although it shouldn't be, it always seems to be a crap shoot.

It's a State/City Issue so it should be filed in state court. With the state AG on his side I think heed win!

It's a no brainer! He should win. But you never know in our country today.
