Rasmussen has had him in negative numbers since late June.

What I still can't understand is why now - with everything that has happened - are there still 46% of the pollees that think he's doing a good job? How do they not see it? Really, I understand "sheeple" and "entitlement" and all of that, but are these stupid effing morons so out of it that they still cannot see what is happening?

You guys are all forgetting the proper spin on the pitch:

The all mighty President Obama has continued to rise above 50% in recent months.  A consistent and continual rise beyond the 50% mark of disgruntled voters
