I never could bring myself to eat rabbit, not even in France where it's 10 rabbits to every chicken.
How do you remove the rabbit that that mix to add the sherry?
And why hasn't Crusader responded to m58? Crusader? Crusader?

I was told by a Marine that Marine Mess Halls served Rabbit on Easter Sunday.
He swore it was true, so I started a tradition of coming up with different way to prepare rabbit for Easter.
Can any other Marine verify the Easter Rabbit Mess Hall entree?

Tongs, slotted spoon, deep fry ladle, etc.
I was thinking stew sized chunks, not large pieces.

The wife and I cooked rabbit basically the same way minus the Sherry.
The left overs are awesome too. We made soft shredded rabbit tacos the next day.

I love rabbit... I think they are cute little creatures too.. but they look better in the skillet. ;)
