Title: CZ-05/EAA EZ
Post by: warhawke on May 07, 2008, 01:45:54 AM
Ok, so EAA is now importing the Crevna Zastava 05, which will replace the Charles Daly ZDA (CZ-999 Scorpion) which in turn replaces the short-lived CZ-99 once imported by TD Arms of New Baltimore MI (Ya got all that? Good).

Anybody fired one of these things? It is designed after the Sig 226/229 and Walther P-88 and a modified version (BB-21) is said to have beaten the CZ-75 (no relation) and the Glock in Slovakian military tests. I am very, VERY interested in this weapon as a possible weapon for my anti-zombie kit (don't ask), but I can't get reliable info. Cruffler.com had the best review (on the South African TZ-99 version) I've found, but not on the CZ-999 or CZ-05/EZ version (which are basically the same guns except the CZ-05 has a rail on the frame).

So, if any of you have any info on the subject I am eager to hear it. Maybe Mr. Bane might wring one out for a show (subtle hint right there).
