Besides, to pardon someone without having been indicted or convicted of anything is ludicrous.
He was protecting his "legacy" which, for the most part, will be flushed down the crapper if Donny boy does what he's promised!
He'd rather pardon mooslims, crackheads and whores than that woman!

I look for things to go quiet until after January 20, 2017...... then, after BHO is gone, look for a "special investigator" to be chosen to head a review of the entire HRC/DNC machine.
Maybe....maybe not.....call it a gut feeling....maybe because it's what I would do in DJT's place.

if that is true, I see him flat out doing the grand jury thing, so there is no politics envoled, which is what should have happened from day 1.
only they did not want to do that... because if they say yes, you have to try her. on the good side is every thing there is sealed and can not be accesses by anyone( which you would have thought they would want, but they had to know they would have said yes)

That is a question I posed at work.
Can POTUS issue a blanket get-out-of-jail-free card or must there at least be charges filed?
A couple of thoughts:
- BHO may be playing real nice to DT because he might need a pardon himself next year.
- BHO may let Hillary fry, and he might encourage Lynch/Comer to wait until 1/21 before any charges are filed so that it's out of his hands. That way it's not obvious what he did. He doesn't need the Clintons as he has no further political future (other than maybe SCOTUS, which will never happen) and he can make a decent living on the black speaking circuit.

I heard today from a political super nerd that yes, BHO can pardon her now for any crime she has committed from the date of the signing back to her birth.
Just like Ford did for Nixon in 74.

SO, then the ga-zillion dollar question is: Can a next president undo the pardon?
I think I'd be satisfied with just knowing she was guilty, hence in need of a pardon.
BUT:
How would this effect the Clinton Crime Family Foundation? Could their assets be frozen/confiscated? Wonder if they'd come after the minions?
I've read the SCOTUS can only pardon Federal crimes. Wonder if she could get hit up with state charges.
And then what about civil suits?
Wonder if any of those big time contributors to CCFF want their money back?
Wonder if any of those bit time contributors are considering some type of retribution?

Lets presume, based on empirical evidence, that though she may get a pardon from (insert date), she will most certainly commit further crimes since it's in the Clinton pathological nature and would not fall into the timeline of the original pardon!
She ain't going away anytime soon but I'd guess the cost of Hitlery or Slick Willy's speeches may be much less in the future since they have no bargaining chip.

bho will pardon the klintoons - at the last hour so it will be subsumed in the hubbub over the inauguration - if for no other reason than HE will be included in the mix. He has to build a firewall to protect himself and his "legacy" - not to mention his partners in crime, undoubtedly including people like Buffett and Soros.
The trail to bho is mentioned as one of the key reasons the DOJ protect klintoon as bho knew full well - in spite of his lies statements to the contrary - that klintoon was using a private server for classified emails, making him culpable too.
I would not be surprised if bho even went so far as to pardon himself and his entire administration.
And as noted previously, Nixon was not formally accused of any crimes when Ford pardoned him, something a whole lot of people either don't know or had forgotten. Like immunity given where the crimes are not known, a pardon can and has been used to let people off even when not formally charged and/or convicted.
Of course, if you did nothing wrong, as klintoon has loudly and shrilly announced, why would you even need a pardon? ? ? ?

No. A Presidential pardon cannot be "undone" by the next President. It's not like an Executive Order in that regard. They can also pardon even if they haven't been indicted or convicted. Which would be the case with Hillary, just as it was with Nixon. The problem is if Obama did that, there would be political ramifications for the Democrats in the next Presidential election. Many said Ford lost the election to Carter in 1976 because the American voters held his feet to the fire for pardoning Nixon. Who was guilty as sin...... Just like Hillary is.
The same could happen to the Democrats with Obama. People have proven at the polls they've had enough of Hillary Clinton. No one knows who the Democrats will scrape off the bottom of someone's shoe to run in 2020. But if Obama pardons her, that will be a coating of $h!t they'll have to try and scrub off through their whole campaign. Another thing to remember is Obama is deeply concerned about his "legacy". He may not want a pardon of a past Presidential candidate, that the people know is guilty as sin, attached to that. Also remember with the Clinton's gone and pretty much powerless and forgotten, Obama will step up to be next in line, as the power broker for the Democratic Party in this country. Yet another reason to avoid anything connected to the crooked Clinton's.

You are all assuming that the pardon is not already sitting in a safe somewhere only to be shown when the Director of the FBI finds new evidence.
My guess is the there is a new safe in the White house just to hold all of the CYA pardons that BHO signed and they are all dated well into 7 years ago. Hillary likely has a dozen amendments to hers.
That is my guess.
The questing is will Trump declassify them.

With all the noise about Hillary's criminal activities a pardon for her will not protect her in the event of a RICO indictment of the foundation.
Just like with the Mafia, or the SS mere membership, with out any other act is enough to make you a criminal and put you in jail.
