I've owned spinners my entire adult life.

I was having breakfast in a truckstop, and a driver I have listened to, and tolerated for several weeks, was contradicting everyone on anything they said. When I looked over, he was sitting with one hand up spinning one of these stupid things. Someone is getting rich off the modern version of the Pet Rock.

I think for the other 90% of folks it is just another fad.
