Title: I walked into a Kart .22 conversion. How did I do?
Post by: gun papa on June 25, 2018, 02:51:04 AM
The gun Gods have smiled upon my lately. I bought a Kart conversion kit.

I know these were being produced in the 1970s and very highly accurate, rare and super expensive.

I searched for a while and found out 2 things. A Marvel conversion kit costs about $300 more. And Wolff Gunsprings has recoils springs for your Kart conversion in 5 different strengths for $7.89 apiece at gunsprings.com. You can tune it to your ammo. https://www.gunsprings.com/mID1/dID75

I was unfamiliar with what a Kart conversion is.  I did a search...and in 2014 one sold on eBay for $715.  I would say you got a gift at $250.

Have you used it yet?
