Title: Bushnell Lil P miniature 1x prism sight
Post by: les snyder on May 26, 2020, 10:07:35 AM
a prism sight that has the reticle etched on the prism, has always appealed to me... even if your battery goes dead, you have a black line reticle available... I have a Vortex Spitfire that is large, and I don't really like how busy the reticle is, but it is always on... my ongoing PDW search would still like a dot scope, but it will be unattended for long periods of time, and I'm concerned about battery life (I'm too cheap to buy another RMR)

I noticed that Bushnell has a micro prism scope... it has a 11mm objective lens... anyone have one of these or knowledge other than what is on youtube?... thanks Les

I have not tried one. Never heard of it before.
But I would be extremely interested in hearing  any other opinions.
I'm not ready to pay what they want for the Vortex, and I already have a Bushnell sight that I can't complain about.

I'd like to know more about this one too. I'm tired of hearing red dot sights advertised as holographic sights, etc., and want to hear from people who know what they're talking about. I'm waiting for the FastFire 4 to come out, not for an AR, but find the idea of a prism sight with an etched reticle appealing too. Even if the battery life on a sight is thousands of hours you never know exactly when it's going to die. Has anyone tried out the Lil' P yet? Or at least ogled and fondled one?
